Bespoke completed the design of all landscape and exterior spaces for this residential village development - incorporating parks, communal building facilities and private garden spaces. 

The challenge was to transform the existing rural block into a desirable living environment, whilst retaining the intrinsic character of the site, including many existing mature trees.  Generous park spaces were created with pavilions, seating and community gardens, and building environments were designed to provide ease and simplicity of access and interesting spaces for meeting and relaxing. 

Our role included concept design, design development and construction documentation.  We are currently carrying out site supervision and further design on stages 2 and 3 of the development.
