Bespoke were part of a team of international designers including architects Wade Scaramucci and Simon Tomlinson and interior designer Neil Kido who submitted this entry for the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) ‘Light at the End of the Tunnel’ competition. The competition aimed to generate ideas for the creative re-use of London’s train viaducts.
Our entry proposed the creation of a complex series of folding planes that linked the street, through the urban square and into the viaducts, creating a unique setting for the weekly market. The entry was a finalist and one of only three to receive a commended award and be published within the competition journal.
