Bespoke were engaged at the master planning stage to work with the site architect and urban designer on this apartment style residential development.  Our involvement included assistance in the final building layout, traffic circulation, parking, urban connections and composition of the landscape spaces. 

The development includes six low rise apartment blocks, nine townhouse units and a common facilities building.  We developed the landscape master plan into a comprehensive landscape design.  This served to connect the various different zones of the site while creating a unique character within each individual zone. 

Traffic circulation and parking was a key factor within the development as clear routes of travel had to be maintained and parking integrated into the landscape fabric as opposed to remaining an entity on its own.
