A comprehensive study of William Green Domain was completed for Auckland Council in order to provide a framework for future development of the park as both a premier sports facility and destination public space.

Bespoke produced a number of options for the orientation of new artificial turf sports fields, in addition to potential carpark expansion options to cater for the projected increase in demand for the park. These upgrades were carefully sited to minimise the impact on the existing stream corridor, trees, and ground levels. The suggested revegetation scheme, with an extended footpath network, will improve pedestrian circulation through the park and provide a better quality of experience.

Cost estimates were provided for each development scenario to inform cost benefit decision making.
