Verissimo Drive Commercial Developments
The Verissimo Drive commercial precinct at Auckland Airport encompasses a range of standout projects that have been developed incrementally, but adhering to a strong set of landscape and urban design principles.  These main centred around the streetscape design response and how the individual buildings address the street.  This is a distinct challenge due to the inherent practical requirements of the buildings, with large single volume warehouses and small office components attached to these.  Bespoke have worked in with the architectural teams to inform the way in which the buildings relate to the streetscape, as well as ensuring a depth and quality of landscape within the zone from building to street edge.  This results in a planted treatment from kerb edge to lease boundary broken up by strong linear hedges and selected tree planting.  Yard spaces are all screened from view and no unsightly fence lines permitted along the lease boundary with the street.
