Landscape Architect

Will joined the Bespoke team after completing his Master’s in Landscape Architecture at Victoria University of Wellington in early 2021. With a passion for stargazing, his thesis investigated how we could re-design our public spaces to encourage their use at night, to increase engagement, and redevelop the personal and historical connection we have with the milky way, planets, and stars in our galaxy. His interest in Landscape Architecture stems from this, working to bridge the gap between the urban landscape and the more beautiful aspects of our natural environment. Will’s studies also led him to focus on the borders of our built and natural environment particularly within the urban realm, and how we blend them together. His time at university allowed him to develop an extensive set of graphic skills. Outside of the office Will loves to get out beneath the stars with his camera and enjoys travelling, surfing, and creating music.
